1 Measure
Measure the material thickness and read off the suitable blind rivet in the tables below.
2 Drill hole
Drill a hole - with a diameter 0.1 mm larger than the blind rivet - in the workpieces to be joined.
3 Release handle lock
Open the handle lock and insert the blind rivet mandrel into the nose piece.
4 Set blind rivet shank
Push the blind rivet shank through the hole.
5 Tear off rivet mandrel
Press the handles together. Repeat the process until the mandrel breaks off.
6 Ready
The blind rivet is set.

Tips
- For riveting soft materials, such as leather or plastic, washers should be used.
- To avoid contact corrosion, the workpiece and rivet should be made of the same material for metal joints.
- The diameter of the hole should always be 0.1 mm larger than the diameter of the blind rivet.
