Some of our Dahle Cross Cut document shredders need to be regularly oiled to ensure their smooth function. Bottled Dahle document shredder oil or oil paper is perfect for this.
Simply use bottled oil between two sheets of paper to ensure nothing gets stuck in the feed shaft. To do so, add the desired amount of oil to a normal A4 sheet (e.g. 80g/m²). Then cover the oily side with another piece of paper and feed it into the document shredder to be shredded. Once shredded, immediately remove the shreds from the collection bin and dispose of them. To make things even easier, use oil paper. This comes pre-prepared and ready to use. Simply feed the paper into the document shredder and then remove the shreds from the collection bin.
